Huelva’s Parque Moret Platform rejects transfer of La Cinta
Parque Moret Platform urges greater vigilance following the recent vandalism incidents in Huelva’s Green Lung. Last week, he reported “they opened up the booths to throw out the contents and took the fruits they found from the orchards.”

He also reported that, on weekends and holidays, not all of the Moret Park doors are open. Some people want to go through the Green Lung but find the closest gates to their home closed.

Brejano emphasized that the City Council had always said that there were “no resources”. “It is not true. They take resources to do what they wish.” Brejano said that new painted signs are “not tolerable” and referred also to those at the Moret Park Reception Center. The park belongs to the City of Huelva, and it needs constant surveillance as soon as Local Police officers enter.
He said that a fence around the park is needed and that a greater level of surveillance would deter uncivil people from “abnormalities.” He expressed regret that “these do not stop. There are robberies… It cannot be tolerated.” City Council knew that these crimes were being committed on the weekends and in evenings. Parque Moret Platform is expecting “something different from the new municipality, as the last one didn’t leave us satisfied.”
